Our Story Buffalo Burger traces its roots back to Rancho Viejo, a landmark ranch close to the Mexican border in Del Rio, Texas. During the early 20th century, William "Billy" Hall Jr., a renowned cowboy and livestock herder inherited the ranch from his late father. Billy's cattle handling abilities enabled him to breed, raise and care for premium livestock. In the meantime, Billy also developed an exquisite savor for the finest quality beef. As the years went by, Billy mastered his culinary techniques and managed to finally create the most impeccably tasting and scrumptious beef patty.
Today, that beef patty, Billy’s recipe, along with prime beef from local cattle, Buffalo Burger’s fresh ingredients and distinct sauces comprise the secrets behind the brand’s success.
